Partial Refund

A partial refund may be granted if:

  • Service work has been initiated but not substantially completed.
  • Documentation review has been completed, but government filing has not yet been submitted.
  • Customer requests cancellation before significant processing begins.

The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and resources utilized.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Service has been fully completed.
  • GST application, return, or compliance filing has already been submitted.
  • Delay caused by incomplete, incorrect, or missing documents from the customer.
  • Government authorities reject, delay, or seek clarification on the application.
  • Customer changes their mind after service initiation.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Customer remains unresponsive for more than 3 business days after repeated communication attempts.
  • Failure to meet government eligibility criteria after processing has begun.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Confirmation will be provided via email or WhatsApp.

Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or card issuers.

5. How to Request a Refund
